The strength of Staples working for you.
Staples Business Advantage® is a division of Staples, Inc., the office products leader with sales in 2006 totaling more than $18 billion.
That's a lot of buying power, and we put it to work on behalf of our customers.
It means that as an SBA customer, you are not only able to leverage the huge operational strengths of Staples, Inc., but you will also benefit from our ongoing commitment to your own distinct business requirements.

Rounding out the picture — the Staples divisional lineup.
Staples Business Advantage. Regional companies often have very different requirements than national organizations. Staples Business Advantage (SBA) creates custom programs that satisfy the unique needs of mid- to large-size regional businesses, institutions and organizations. Our team approach means we're constantly monitoring the progress of each program and enhancing it to ensure greater control, expedite return on investment and increase cost-savings for our customers' organizations.
Staples National Advantage®. Staples National Advantage (SNA) is the only office supply division with a sales and customer service organization that's dedicated exclusively to national accounts. SNA experts work directly with Fortune 1000 companies to examine processes and deliver programs and initiatives that drive procurement costs down, increase compliance, consolidate vendor services, and apply cutting-edge technologies and practices to ensure success.
Staples Business Delivery®. Staples Business Delivery consists of the combined direct-mail catalog and staples.com® business units. Both are focused specifically on servicing the needs of the small businesses and power users in the U.S. and Canada through electronic commerce and mail order.
Quill Corporation. Quill, the office supply direct marketer, and its online enterprise Quill.com were acquired in May 1998 and continue to operate as a separate brand from Staples. Quill serves the needs of small- to medium-sized business customers through its wide variety of industry- and topic-specific office supplies catalogs.
Staples® Retail Superstores. Contract customers can rely on a nationwide network of more than 1,350+ national retail stores for emergency and same-day purchases. Our Superstores offer thousands of office products, including supplies, technology and furniture. SNA and SBA customers maintain compliance and benefit from contract pricing and reporting on store purchases through Staples Convenience Cards and Procurement Cards. In addition, all Staples stores feature a Copy Center, business-friendly hours, and in select locations, 24-hour-a-day operations.
Staples® International. Staples operates in more than 21 countries throughout North and South America, Europe and Asia and augments its international capabilities through a strategic alliance with Lyreco Group, the premier international office products company.
